How do I get a quote?
Send a WhatsApp message or call, with a photo of the boat’s papers and the work you need. Quick quote, no need to come to the yard.
How much does a haul-out cost in Tabarka?
The port charges hoisting (haul-out and relaunch) at the APIP rate: 20 TND per gross ton (tx), plus a 50 TND fixed fee. The yard's work is quoted separately.

Lead times
How long does an antifouling job take?
3 to 5 days for a 10 to 12 m sailing yacht, depending on the hull’s condition and the weather.
And an osmosis treatment?
A few weeks, depending on drying time. The boat stays on the hard.
When should I book?
As early as possible: space at Tabarka is limited, afloat and ashore.
Maintenance
When should anodes be replaced?
We check them at every haul-out. Once half worn, they are replaced.
What is wet blasting (hydrogommage)?
Low-pressure stripping of the hull with water and a fine abrasive, without damaging the gelcoat. We are the only yard in Tunisia that offers it.
Haul-out
Where can I get my boat repaired in Tunisia?
At YK Marine in Tabarka, for anything that needs a haul-out. Engines, stainless steel, canvas and onboard power also on site in Bizerte, Gammarth, Sidi Bou Saïd and Hammamet.
What size of boat can you haul out?
Up to 160 tonnes and 35 m with the travel hoist.
Do you haul out catamarans?
Yes, with the slings set wide apart, then blocked to suit.
Which hull materials do you work on?
GRP, aluminium and steel. Wood, for large pleasure yachts.
Can I stay on board on the hard?
Yes, day and night.
