What wet blasting includes
1. Haul-out
The travel hoist lifts the boat and it is set on stands.
2. Protection
Propeller, anodes and through-hulls masked.
3. Wet blasting
Coat by coat, down to the gelcoat.
4. Rinse and check
Hull rinsed, dried, inspected.

Two questions about this service
How is it different from sanding?
Sanding wears the hull down by machine. Wet blasting removes the coats faster, without gouging the gelcoat.
Does it need doing at every antifouling?
No. Only when the coats have built up. In between, a normal antifouling job is enough.
How much does wet blasting a hull cost in Tunisia?
